We ship worldwide via Japan Post or Yamato within 2 business days. Tracking number is always included in the shipping cost. If you'd like to insure your parcel, please let us know and we will contact you with the total cost. Packages over 2kg are sent via Yamato. Yamato deliveries are handled by UPS outside Japan.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and are automatically set before checkout depending on your location. Some records such as 2xLP or vintage heavy edition might count as 2 records.

All records are shipped in secured professional cardboard box. Records will be packed in bubble wrap and placed outside their cover to avoid seam split. If you'd like to request a stronger packaging, please contact us we'll be happy to discuss it. Are these rules are prone to exceptions.
