By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website is operated by Blueboy Records, based in Japan.
We sell physical goods, primarily vinyl records.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

 

2. Products

We specialize in vintage and second-hand vinyl records.

  • Items may show signs of wear.
  • Condition is described as accurately as possible.
  • Minor imperfections may not always be explicitly noted.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate
  • You are authorized to use the payment method
  • You accept these Terms

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in JPY.

Payment is processed securely via third-party providers integrated with Shopify Inc..

We are not responsible for any additional bank or currency conversion fees.

 

5. Shipping

Shipping Origin: Japan

  • Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Shipping methods: Japan Post / Yamato.
  • Tracking is always provided.

Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Postal services
  • External factors beyond our control

 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost

Failure to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed, without refund of shipping costs.

 

7. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only if:

  • The item is significantly not as described
  • The item is damaged during shipping

Return Request Deadline:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Conditions:

  • Item must be returned in original condition
  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required

Non-returnable cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor wear consistent with vintage items
  • Incorrect expectations based on grading

 

8. Refunds

If a return is approved:

  • Refund will be issued after the item is received and inspected
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless we made an error)

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

 

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged:

  • Contact us as soon as possible
  • We will assist with claims where applicable

However, we are not liable for:

  • Uninsured shipments
  • Losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
